Engineered Pellets
Products: CF-Reinforced Pellets
Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic pellets
We take the high-performance carbon fiber recovered from aerospace prepreg waste and compound it into reinforced thermoplastic pellets — engineered for industrial manufacturers who want stronger, high-performance parts without changing their existing equipment or tooling.
✓ Drop-in compatible
Works in existing injection molding machines and tooling — no retooling or process changes.
○ Parts last up to 3× longer
CF reinforcement significantly improves strength, stiffness, and wear resistance.
◇ Sustainable by design
Made from recovered aerospace fiber, diverting waste from landfill while delivering virgin-comparable properties.
MATERIAL GRADES
Six proven thermoplastic systems — and growing
Our pellets have been successfully compounded and validated across a range of engineering thermoplastics. Each grade leverages our recycled carbon fiber reinforcement to deliver meaningful improvements in strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability over the unreinforced base resin.
High-density polyethylene
PP
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene
Polyamide 6
Polyamide 66
Polyetherimide (Ultem)
◇ Our carbon fiber is resin agnostic
The recovered carbon fiber at the core of our pellets is not chemically bound to any single matrix system. This means we can compound it into virtually any thermoplastic to meet your part’s specific requirements — whether that’s a commodity resin for cost-sensitive applications or a high-performance engineering polymer for demanding environments. If your application calls for a thermoplastic not listed above, talk to our engineering team.
HOW IT WORKS
From recovered fiber to finished part
Our pellets are designed to slot seamlessly into your existing manufacturing workflow.
Aerospace-grade carbon fiber is reclaimed from prepreg waste using our patented ambient-condition process, preserving fiber integrity without thermal degradation.
Recovered fibers are densified into a flowable form and compounded with your chosen thermoplastic matrix to produce uniform, consistent pellets ready for industrial processing.
Pellets feed directly into your existing injection molding machines — no equipment upgrades, no new tooling, no process re-qualification on the machine side.
Customers have successfully used their existing molds and tooling to produce CF-reinforced parts — protecting their tooling investment while upgrading part performance.
Need a grade we haven’t listed?
Our engineering team can evaluate and develop CF-reinforced pellets in virtually any thermoplastic system based on your part requirements, service environment, and processing constraints.
